Preparare le patate: lessa le patate con la buccia in acqua salata, poi sbucciale e tagliale a cubetti quando sono ancora tiepide.<\/p>\n<p>2. Unire il pesce: trasferisci le patate in una ciotola e aggiungi il pesce ghiaccio con parte del suo olio piccante.<\/p>\n<p>3. Condire: completa con prezzemolo tritato e, se gradito, qualche goccia di limone.<\/p>\n<p>4. Mescolare: amalgama delicatamente per non rompere il pesce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Consiglio dello chef<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Servila tiepida per esaltare l\u2019aroma del pesce e la nota piccante del
